ACTIVE PHILOSOPHY: The integration of a seated practice.
Simple pranayama will evolve with sound and culminate in an expression of heart through mantra.
Patanjali yoga sutra will be introduced in an interactive and digestible form.
Sunday 8:00 – 11 am
PRACTICE: Seated practices and led primary
cultivating a wholistic sadhana (practice)
by threading the pieces together to create cohesion and introspection.
