Looking for where to start your yoga journey?
Join us for an upcoming Level One Ashtanga for Beginners Course, where you learn the basics of the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series for absolute beginners. No experience necessary.
In this 6 week course, you will be guided step by step through the Ashtanga Yoga half primary series. Each class includes breathwork and mindfulness meditations, detailed instructions and anatomically informed alignment cues to practice and learn the postures and techniques safely and time for Q and A’s to be sure you get the most out of each session.
The end goal of the course is to build your confidence and understanding to begin practicing Ashtanga Mysore style or to move onto our Level Two course to continue your studies.
Class sizes are limited to 12 students to provide more individualised support from the instructor.
Round One of this course begins August 7th, Saturday at 930 am and meets for a total of 6 consecutive Saturdays.
Round Two of this course begins August 19th, Thursday at 5:30 pm and meets for a total of 6 consective Thursdays.
